What's Included? 

 12 Hours of PRIVATE CARE: Vital check (Temp, Blood Pressure, Pulse, Oxygen Sat levels) Medication Management/Reminders. Medication log and vitals documented. Assist with Ambulation/Range of Motion/ADLs. Aid with Shower, drains. and faja assistance. On call Nurse Practitioner

 Massages (One Massage a day)

 Transportation - 2 Roundtrips
