 12 Hours of HOURLY CARE: Vital check (Temp, Blood Pressure, Pulse, Oxygen Sat levels) Medication Management/Administration, with medication log and vitals documented. Assist with Ambulation/Range of Motion/ADLs. Aid with Shower and drains and faja assistance. On call Nurse Practitioner
